Privacy Policy
This Policy explains what Flee Aviation collects, why we use it, when it may be shared, and the choices available to you.
1. Scope and our role
This Policy applies to personal data collected through fleeaviation.com, trip-request forms, and related email or direct communications with Flee. It does not govern an air operator, rental-car company, venue, driver, restaurant, or other independent provider. Their privacy policies apply when you communicate or contract with them.
For information submitted directly to Flee, Flee determines why and how the information is used. Web3Forms processes website form submissions on Flee's behalf and describes itself as a data processor for form submissions.
2. Personal data we collect
We do not request payment details, passport information, government identifiers, medical records, biometric data, or precise geolocation through the general trip-request form.
3. Sources of personal data
We collect data directly from you, from a person organizing travel for you, from your communications with us, and from service providers that operate or protect the website and form. If you provide information about other travelers, you represent that you are authorized to do so and agree to direct them to this Privacy Policy.
4. How we use personal data
We use personal data to respond to inquiries; understand a requested itinerary; evaluate whether an appropriately authorized operator may be able to review it; coordinate requested ground arrangements; communicate status and follow-up questions; prevent spam, fraud, misuse, and security incidents; maintain appropriate business records; improve the inquiry experience; enforce our Terms; and comply with legal obligations.
We do not use trip-request data to make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about you.
5. When personal data is disclosed
We may disclose only the information reasonably needed for the relevant purpose to:
- Form, hosting, email, security, and infrastructure providers that process submissions, deliver the site, send communications, or prevent abuse.
- Appropriately authorized air operators when needed to evaluate a requested route or mission. The operator's own policy applies to its subsequent collection and use.
- Ground-service providers such as rental-car, transportation, meeting-space, restaurant, lodging, or event providers when you ask us to explore or coordinate those services.
- Professional advisers and authorities when reasonably necessary for legal, accounting, insurance, safety, fraud-prevention, dispute, or compliance purposes.
- A successor or transaction participant in connection with a financing, reorganization, merger, sale, or transfer, subject to appropriate confidentiality and applicable law.
- Other recipients at your direction or with your consent.
6. Web3Forms and subprocessors
Trip-request submissions are sent through Web3Forms and delivered to Flee. Web3Forms states that it uses HTTPS encryption in transit, encrypted AWS-hosted storage, infrastructure providers, and spam-prevention services that may process an IP address and email address. Web3Forms currently states that submission data may be retained for up to three years unless deleted earlier or a shorter plan limit applies. These provider practices may change and are governed by the Web3Forms Privacy Policy.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
Hosting, security, and form providers may use strictly necessary cookies or similar technologies required to deliver and protect the website and process a request. Flee does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. You can control browser cookies through your browser settings, but blocking essential technologies may affect site operation. Review the Cookie Policy for more detail.
8. No sale, targeted advertising, or profiling
We do not sell or rent personal data. We do not process personal data for targeted advertising or for profiling in furtherance of decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects. Because we do not currently engage in those activities, there is no such processing to opt out of. If our practices change, we will update this Policy and honor applicable opt-out rights and recognized universal opt-out mechanisms.
9. Retention
Flee retains inquiry and communication records only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, coordinate requested services, maintain legitimate business and safety records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. We periodically review records and delete or deidentify information when it is no longer reasonably needed. Service providers may retain data under their own documented schedules.
10. Security
We use an HTTPS form and reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the data. No online transmission, email, or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe information submitted to Flee has been compromised, contact us promptly.
11. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live and subject to legal exceptions, you may have the right to confirm whether we process your personal data; access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of it; and opt out of sale, targeted advertising, or certain profiling. You may exercise a request by emailing contact@fleeaviation.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line.
We may verify your identity and authority before acting. You may use an authorized agent where permitted by law, but we may require proof of authorization. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line and explaining the basis for your appeal. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
12. Children
The website and trip-request service are intended for adults and are not directed to children. Persons under 18 should not submit a trip request. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted data, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
13. United States processing
Flee is based in Colorado, and information may be processed in the United States and in other locations where service providers operate. Those locations may have privacy laws different from the laws where you live.
14. External links and providers
The website may link to FAA resources or third-party services. Flee is not responsible for their privacy or security practices. Review the applicable provider's policy before giving it personal data.
15. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy as our services, providers, or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current version. If a change materially affects how we use personal data already collected, we will provide reasonable notice and obtain consent when required by law.
16. Contact
For privacy questions, requests, appeals, or security concerns, email contact@fleeaviation.com.
